How long does shipping take?

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn watches in their original packaging. Simply contact our support team to initiate a return or exchange.
Do your watches come with a warranty?
Yes, every Elior timepiece comes with a 2-year international warranty covering manufacturing defects and movement issues.
Are Elior watches water-resistant?
Most of our collections feature a 5ATM water resistance rating, meaning they are protected against splashes and rain, but not suitable for swimming or diving.
