Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the item you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the watch in its original presentation box with all certificates and protective films intact, then secure it inside a shipping carton.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it firmly to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
